Reagan's first dip in Lake Ada (4th of July Weekend)

This was the first time Reagan dipped her little toes in Lake Ada! She thought it was a little chilly!

June catch up

We are still playing a lot of baseball and there is nothing Grayson likes better than getting a bunch of grown ups together for a little game.

Aunti Sarah and Uncle David were his victims on this day. Even Bailey the dog got into the action. (notice the medal around Grayson's neck....U. David won it by getting 3rd place in his race that weekend...Grayson thought he was so special that David let him have it)

After some fun playing baseball there is nothing better than cooling off with an icee. Grayson asks for icee's from time he gets up in the morning until he goes to bed at night.

Catching Minnows is so fun but I still say it is cheating when you use a net THIS BIG.

Reagan at 9 mos

This is so late considering she is already 10 mos old. Where does the time go? You can't see in the pictures but at 9 mos Reagan had one of her lower teeth and one of her upper teeth starting to come in. The upper tooth is not a front tooth so it looks like she will have a fang. So weird. At 9 mos she was not crawling but had figured out how to roll, and roll and roll to get what she wants. She continues to be our small wonder! Stay tuned because I will soon post pics of her at 10 mos.

Race for the Cure Quad Cities

We attempted to do Race for the Cure this weekend in the Quad Cities. It is something that we have been doing for many years. It is such a wonderful way to be inspired. We have walked in the rain before but never have we experienced this...CANCELLED. The sky was full of electricity! We still enjoyed our day as we usually do when we are all together!

This is Zoey...she is the neighbors dog at the cabin. Can you see mischief in her eyes? She is a sweetie...she has been a part of our lake family for 9 years!

I just loved this picture of my Mom. We were all watching the spectial Grayson calls baseball. G'ma lulu got him the new bat and batting gloves. He loved them. On our trip home from the cabin he wore his gloves the whole way and carried his bat on his lap. If dedication to the equipment means a succesful career in baseball...he will be RICH. Keep your eye on the ball...HOME RUN! This would be one of those pictures where he is dictating how things should go. I am sure Daddy wasn't doing something right and Grayson was sharing his feelings about it.

We enjoyed nice weather which is amazing for Memorial weekend. We tried to soak it up as much as we could. Reagan even broke out her shorts to show off her hollywood legs. Thanks Auntie Dingo for the outfit and shoes and of course the bonnet.

Reagan is 8 months old

I have finally gotten some pics of Reagan for her 8 month photo shoot. As usual she is still chewing on everything but at least there is now something to show for it. Reagan has her first tooth. It is really starting to show and you can see it when she is not sticking out her tongue...so...we don't see the tooth very often. She has once again changed so much but she is still our mild mannered Small Wonder that we love more with each passing day. She is becoming Miss independent and now holds her own bottle. What a big girl! Time has gone by so fast...we are just trying to enjoy every minute of it.
