Birthday girl lunch

I was going to take Reagan for a special mommy, Reagan lunch at my cafeteria but she wanted to stay and eat her mac and cheese with her friends.  

And so it begins

Grayson has been telling us he wants to play hockey so we are going to let him give it a try.  We bought some equipment from a neighbor and grayson puts on the uniform everyday..."just to try it out".  This is sure to be an adventure.

It was a fun night at the ballpark.

Grayson was asked by a buddy and his family to visit the beach.  He was so excited to go and by the looks of this picture he fit right in with their family.

We were all invited to a birthday party this weekend and boy did we have fun.

This kid is loving his week at day camp...kici yappi.  Mud and one of his best pre school buddies...it couldn't get any better.

Last day of Kindergarten.

it is hard to believe we are already at the last day of school marking the end of kindergarten.  It was a roller coaster of a year but we all learned a lot.  Let the summer fun begin.

True talents

it was a great day for mini golf.  The kids had a blast at pirates cove.  Each of them got a whole in one...on their own.  While we were in town the sun came out and we had a really nice day at the lake.  Family boat ride and looking forward to brats for dinner while honoring or service men and women...especially nick edwards.

Hablas espanol?

Grayson's after school Spanish class as they wrap up their first year of Spanish.  It was a very cute presentation with parent participation...yikes.  Muy bien chicos y chicas.  

Take me out to the...

It was a really nice night for a ball game.  $1 hot dogs, warm breezes and ice cream as big as your head.

Like brother like sister....

Grayson has a reputation for hanging his tongue in the wind when he is concentrating and it looks like Reagan is following in his foot steps.  This picture looks funny because it is a picture of a framed picture that is hanging on the wall at her school.  She loves to look at her picture every morning.

He did it....he was determined...he had his tongue out...and tah dah...the shoes are tied.  He was so proud.

Grayson earned this floor sleeping fun and when Reagan found out she knew she wanted in on the action.  In our house...what big brother does...little sister wants to do too.

Going Wild....

As grayson dressed for our last hockey game of the season Reagan wanted a jersey too.  We dug deep in the bowels of big brothers closet and managed something that would tame her wild excitement.  She really wanted to go this time....look out Wild....next season you will have another Robbins cheering you on in the Excel center.  But for tonight she had to settle for the family room.  Grayson loved the game and it was a good one at that. Wild win after overtime and a shoot out.  Mikko Koivu..if only you knew how much Grayson adored you.  Go Wild!

Magic soap

There is magic everywhere....especially when you least expect it.  The magic soap at reagans school is so awesome.  She puts her little hand on the button...cups her hand to catch the soap...but where is it?  It is not in the palm of her hand where you would expect it....but turn her hand over and ...tah dah...the magic soap is there.

It was a hip hip Hooray kind of day

Reagan is showing real promise on this potty training thing.  Today was the first day she was dry ALL day.  This was despite my lack of taking her potty this evening...she went 4 hours with out incident.  Grayson is very encouraging...what a great big brother right?....or he just likes the m&m's we all get when we achieve success.  

Who owns land in Cass county?

We celebrated the only way we felt appropriate after officially owning land in Cass county.  Beautiful wooded land behind our cabin near a lake named Dead Man.  Cheers.  Official March 8th 2012.

This is how Reagan chooses to eat her French fries at Wendy's.  When she wasn't eating her burger I suggested she dip that.  Pretty disgusting but she ate her entire meal.
