No cake....no candles...no problem.

Instead of a cupcake to celebrate grayson's birthday...he opted for a Mic your own m&m treat..there were a lot of variations of blue and a lurked pink for the sister....so thoughtful

Happy birthday....I hope your day was magical.

I making a happy birthday for grayson...

Reagan squished these fries for a long time...then she presented them to grayson as his happy birthday cake.  Isn't she thoughtful?

It is more than just your standard mickey ears these days

These hats are made just like the standard ears but they were inspired by other characters....I thought they were cute.

Ice cream break

Reagan gives thumbs up to magic kingdom while grayson enjoys his mickey ice cream sandwich.

Oh my....we went on the teacups

And I survived.

Happy Birthday!

Yup...Reagan got her hand stuck in a chair at lunch yesterday.  She didn't think it was funny...but the rest of us did.  She was fine...just needed to wiggle it a little.

75 50 25 Celebration

This weekend we celebrated 3 birthdays...my dad turned 75 on Saturday and my brother turned 50 on Sunday and my niece will be 25 in august. Isn't that cool? We thought so and that is why we made a big deal about it. My brother and family flew in from Colorado...and almost the whole family was together...sisters husband not able to be here and one nephew in the Navy somewhere on the Persian gulf. We had a full weekend of family fun and of course that includes the mall of America.

Cousins enjoying some quatlity time.

The birthday boys and their cakes. They both like angel food cake but they have a different frosting preferences!

Baby Easton enjoying some down time.

Cousins Breleigh and Reagan enjoying some tv.

We all enjoyed this ride! So fun!!

Celebrating 75 50 25...

Niece Stacy and Reagan were totally buddies this weekend. This is the first time that they have met and Reagan loved her and Stacy took great care of her. Reagan didn't want to sit on her own chair...she wanted Stacy. (Stacy is great with kids...always has been)

Uncle Mike helping Grayson put the stickers on his McDonalds toy. In the words of cousing Paris..Uncle Mike is Da Bomb!!

Sweet cousin Breleigh...she is as sassy as she is cute.

Here's a few cousins hanging out waiting to do some rides at MOA. Logan is 7 and Helaina is 5 and Grayson is still 5. Grayson and Helaina tease each other about their age because there is only about a month where they are the same age. Grayson will soon be 6.

6 girls and a baby boy

I took the day off to spend some time with my sister. We headed to the mall with our mom and most of the kids...we were minus grayson who unfortunately had school.

It was a full stroller of girls that got a lot of attention...almost as much attention as baby easton in our second stroller. He snoozed most of the day but he still turned heads. We had a blast at being princesses at the Disney store and we were welcomed at the American girl store with open arms. We dined at the ever fancy foodcourt. It was a full day ending with nana reading stories at dinner to pass the time. It is going to be a great weekend...so much more to look forward to....more to come.

Just to prove it....

Every year when I decorate the tree I always have to hang this little fellow.  To my eyes he is the ugliest thing...more like a troll than an elf.  It was probably this little guy that started my discomfort with elves and eventually leprechauns and scarecrows.  It was a gift from a school Christmas party but it was supposed to be the adorable Santa that I carefully selected. When I came home with this I was in tears.  But my mom...oh yeah...that wonderful women tried so hard to make me feel better.  So each year..I hang this on the tree for my Mom...though it is in the bowels of the tree...it is always there.
